The Men's group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Come join us.

Dinner at 6:00 p.m.
Meeting at 6:30 p.m.

The men of the congregation have contacted the other Methodist congregations in town and are working on a “partnership” with their men. Each church would like to retain their individual group, but will be partnering four times a year in anticipation of taking on a bigger project. Watch for more information in future Grace Notes.

The Men's Bible Study group meets at 6:00 a.m. on Thursday mornings.

We serve the church by doing various service projects. Our main project is the HAMMER project.

The Men’s Group is now proud to serve fairly traded coffee.

UMCOR says this about fair trade:

“For many farmers and artisans, being able to sell into the fair trade market means the difference between being able to feed a family or not, being able to send their children to school or not, being able to have access to clean water-and many other basic necessities they can't take for granted. By making your purchases of coffee, tea, chocolate, and craft items from fair trade distributors, you are helping to ensure a better life for farmers and artisans globally.”

As Christians, we can make a difference to those farmers in places like Latin America, Africa, and Asia, which are some of the poorest regions in the world. By purchasing through the fair trade market, we help them receive a fairer share of income, gain access to credit, and other support. This allows them to build a better future for themselves, and their families.
